Shipping Carrier DailySpaces ships all orders via Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable door-to-door delivery service across South Africa.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

Please note these are estimates provided by Aramex and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, DailySpaces is not liable for delays caused by Aramex or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, public holidays, or high-volume periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery via the Aramex website.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Lost or Damaged in Transit If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at mahlatsemabuza68@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will liaise with Aramex on your behalf.
